Meeting Registration Fees

The registration fee includes;
Participation to all scientific sessions,
Printed materials (Bag, program and abstract book, name badge, mini program),
Certificate of attendance,
Lunch and beverage on April 03-04-05, 2025 days
Afternoon coffee breaks with cookies on April 03, 2025 and morning and afternoon coffee breaks with cookies on April 04-05, 2025 days
Opening ceremony dinner with beverages on April 03, 2025
Confirmation, Cancellations and Refunds:
Payments can be conducted either by bank transfer or credit card.
All cancellations must be made by sending an e-mail to vertigo@serenas.com.tr
If received by January 26, 2025 the payment will be refunded in full. As a matter of fact, while there would be full refund, there often are handling fee charged for processing the refund.
Handling Fee: 50 € for per person (VAT is included) for each cancellation.
If received between January 27, 2025 and February 24, 2025, 50% of the fee will be refunded.
If received later than February 25, 2025, there will be no refund.
All rates are subject to amendments without prior notice
Name change will be accepted up to 72 hours prior to the Meeting

Cancellation received after these dates is not a subject to any refund.

The 3 Nights Package Novotel Budapest Hotel Accommodation Fee Includes
3 nights’ accommodation at the standard room, per person.
Open Buffet Breakfast each morning at the Novotel Hotel Restaurant.
Dinner and one beverage on April 04, 2025 and April 05 nights,
Roundtrip transfer Budapest Ferenc Liszt Airport-Novotel Hotel- Budapest Ferenc Liszt Airport.
Service charge and VAT are included to the accommodation fees.
No refunds will be made for no – shows.
Important Note: Roundtrip transfer Budapest Ferenc Liszt Airport - Novotel Hotel- Budapest Ferenc Liszt Airport can be provided for participants who received the accommodation service
from Serenas Group (Official Agent) together with above accommodation fees.

Method of Payment for Registration and Accommodation Fees
Credit Card: Payments shall be made in Euro (€). No other currencies shall be accepted.
Payments can be made with credit cards (master card or visa) or through bank transfer.
AMEX and Diners credit cards
are not accepted for on line and on-site registration.
Bank Transfer: Participants who pay their balance with a bank transfer are required to send the bank receipt copies to SERENAS Tourism via e-mail:
